HOW TO LIVE WITH CONFIDENCE AND STOP LIVING IN FEAR
3 Tips to Achieve a Happy life and Fulfill Your Dreams

Fear is a common thing that all of us face in our daily lives. We fear failure, fear of rejection, or fear that we’re not enough.

Most of the time, fear paralyzes us in doing so many things because we can’t see beyond our potential.

On the other hand, fear can also serve a valuable purpose, helping us break through all our frustrations and disappointments thus achieving the life we truly desire.

In order to overcome your fears, you must learn the different types of it. Acute fear is a normal emotion that signals a potential threat to your physical or emotional safety. When the acute fear becomes hyper-sensitive, it’s called chronic fear. It occurs when
we are continually exposed to low-level yet stressful events.

But why do most people live in fear? It is because fear is often confused with comfort. When we become comfortable with our lives, we think that we are happy and fulfilled.

Here are some signs that you are living in fear:

1. Perfection. Being perfect is the lowest standard in the world, because it is impossible to achieve. People need to wear this mask to protect themselves from fear of rejection and fear of failure.
2. Mediocrity. Most people fear change and being uncomfortable in a new situation thus they would like to just keep the average kind of life.
3. Procrastination. When people procrastinate, they fear getting out of their comfort zones. They don’t like the feeling of discomfort that goal getters experience.

When people have these signs, they tend to live a repetitive life. They’ve already accepted their routinely and robotic lives.

But how do you really live with confidence and stop living in fear so you can live a happy and fulfilled life?

Here are some tips you can apply to yourself:

1.Determine the reason for your anxiety and fear. What is causing your fear? What are you so anxious about in your life? Knowing the source will definitely help you manage your actions and the higher the chance of overcoming them.

2.Take control of your reactions. Most of the time, we react easily to situations around us. When bad things happen to us, we focus on the negative feeling we feel from the situation which sometimes leads to negative reactions. We must try to understand the deep meaning of circumstances and the life that is happening to us.

3.Take NO for an answer. You must stop making excuses and delaying your actions. Excuses are a defense mechanism that most people make to avoid facing their problems. If you believe in yourself, if you believe in your goals and you badly wanted to achieve your dreams, you must take actions NOW.

You just need to believe in yourself that you can, you will and you are going to make things happen in your life. Face your fears and fight them, you will surely live a happy and fulfilled life.
